At Boukme, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free refunds, exchanges, and replacements for damaged or defective items.

  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (if eligible).

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.

2. Exchanges

Do You Offer Exchanges?

✅ Yes! You can exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability).

How to Exchange

  1. Email service@boukme.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you want to exchange

    • Your preferred replacement

  2. We’ll provide a return label and process the exchange once received.

  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, we’ll refund the balance.

⚠ Note: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

What to Do

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@boukme.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos/videos of the damage or defect

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. We’ll review and send a free replacement or issue a refund.

  3. You may need to return the defective item (we’ll cover shipping).

Q: How long does a refund take?

A: Once we receive your return, processing takes 3–5 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Q: Can I return an item without a receipt?

A: We require an order number or proof of purchase for all returns.

Q: What if my return is lost in transit?

A: We recommend using tracked shipping. Boukme is not responsible for lost returns.

Q: Do you offer store credit?

A: Yes! If preferred, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.
